This cactus was in bloom along Yorktown Road! I saw it on the way back from Andy's Country Kitchen. Today's special was meatloaf! I had okra and broccoli sides. The split pea soup instead of salad was a smart choice, I enjoyed it immensely. As usual they give you a dessert and today's was bread pudding. You need to try Andy's Country Kitchen!
